So to sum it up; you must be able to collaborate with co-workers, management and patients. Listening and communicating effectively are key skills, we just can’t emphasize this point enough Experience : Minimum of one year experience in a medical/dental setting working as an assistant preferred not mandatory Working conditions : Full time position for clinic setting, surgical suites. Work with Doctors during the surgical cases for various oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures. Office computer, telephone system and standard office equipment. Leadership skills : Everyone in this office must be a leader in their own roles, period. Supporting other staff members in their daily tasks and helping to motivate them is something we take very serious.
