Transforming harmful systems can be a long old struggle.

Supporting people at the sharp end can feel hard, sometimes.

It’s normal to feel tired and overwhelmed.

But you don’t have to do it alone.

Hi, I’m Milla. I support people who want to stay well while they change the world.

Perhaps you’re wondering about burnout, or are why people around you keep getting exhausted. Maybe you’re exhausted or, like many, simply done with feeling overwhelmed.

We can work together to build your skills and habits for staying in it for the long haul without getting worn out (and… shhh… maybe even having a good time along the way).

We can do this through coaching or groupwork around:

* Self care and community care

* Communication and conflict competence (how to have a good fight)

* Defining and living your values

* Learning when and how to say no (those good old boundaries!)

* Contemplative practice and meditation

* Movement practice

That way you can stay in good relationship with yourself and others while creating a better world. It is possible.

I use an embodied approach and take a systemic and relational view of things. If you’re curious what that means in practice, take a look around this site for more info. I’ve worked with many individuals as well as voluntary sector organisations over the years, and my work has been recently featured in a book about compassion and action (The Subtle Art of Caring).

I also support  charities who want to spend less time collecting better data, so that they can focus more on helping people and changing the world. If you’re interested in this side of my work (monitoring and evaluation), head on over to millagregor.co.uk.

You’re welcome to get in touch to ask a question, find out more or share a little about your situation. Really, anytime.
